Birth Doula Support

Every birth journey is unique. My role is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth so you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

Prenatal Support

Pregnancy is a time filled with excitement, questions, and sometimes uncertainty. During our prenatal visits, we’ll take time to discuss your birth preferences, address concerns, and prepare for labor and birth. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you approach your baby’s arrival.

  • Prenatal visits

  • Labor preparation and education

  • Ongoing text and phone support

  • Evidence-based information and resources.

Labor and Birth Support

When labor begins, you won’t have to navigate it alone. As your doula, I provide a calming presence and continuous support with helping you feel empowered in your decisions. Whether your birth includes an epidural, induction, or unmedicated labor, my role is to support your goals and help you feel cared for throughout the experience.

  • Continuous labor support

  • Comfort measures and positioning techniques

  • Emotional encouragement

  • Informational support throughout labor

  • Support for your partner

  • Advocacy and guidance needed

Postpartum Support

Support doesn’t end once your baby arrives. Following your birth, we’ll connect to discuss your experience, answer questions, and ensure you have the resources you need as you recover and adjust to life with your newborn.

Includes:

  • Birth story processing

  • Recovery check-in

  • Feeding and newborn resources

  • Referrals when needed

  • Ongoing encouragement and support

Birth Photography Add-On

Birth is one of life’s most powerful and emotional experiences. As both a birth doula and photographer, I offer birth photography as an optional add-on for families who would like their story documented with care and intention.

  • Labor and birth coverage

  • First moments with baby

  • Family introductions

  • Professionally edited digital images

  • Private online gallery delivery
